Kenneth GrumskiDirector, Packaging
Mr. Grumski, who joined MHF Logistical Solutions in January 1996 as a Quality Assurance Manager, has over 17 years of experience in implementing and managing radioactive and hazardous waste programs for commercial, nuclear power, government and waste processing facilities. During his time at MHF-LS, he was promoted from Quality Assurance Manager to DOE Program Manager and eventually Director of Packaging, his current position. As Director of Packaging, Mr. Grumski is responsible for all engineering and packaging fabrication. In addition, he is responsible for overseeing plant operations at two facilities.
Mr. Grumski has extensive waste management experience in truck-to-rail logistics, waste disposal, container design, container manufacturing, hazardous waste processing, hazardous waste management, and transportation of hazardous materials. He has the ability to implement cost-effective packaging and transportation programs for the disposition of waste materials at project and corporate levels.
Prior to his career at MHF-LS, Mr. Grumski worked as a Quality Assurance Manager and Senior Waste Engineer with Duratek, Inc. Additionally, he worked as a Waste Engineer with Scientific Ecology Group and NTS Waste Shipper and QC Supervisor with Fluor Fernald at the Department of Energy.
Mr. Grumski holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing with a minor in Statistics from Miami University of Ohio and has published numerous papers. He holds several current professional certifications.
